Delivery method
Delivery is FREE in Yerevan, as well as throughout Armenia. The delivery cost is calculated from the center of Yerevan.

Payment method
On kelvin.am, payment can be made online or in person. Online payments are made through  ARCA, Visa and Master Card cards. Cash payments are made at the time of delivery in Armenian drams.

Return conditions
If orders placed online are confirmed by us, they are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
Once the product is delivered to the buyer, he can return it within 14 days in perfect, unused condition, in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you whether a refund is available or not, based on the condition of the item. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
